Refund Policy
Return means an action of giving back the product ordered through the Med-Biological portal. A return request may be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The delivered product does not match your order.
- The delivered product is expired or near its expiry date (less than 3 months remaining).
- The product was damaged during transit or the seal has been tampered with.
If the product appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package. If damage is discovered after opening the package, you may request a return and refund. Replacement is subject to product availability; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
Once your request is received, Med-Biological will verify the claim. If approved, the return and refund process will be initiated after confirmation from the concerned vendor.
Frivolous or false complaints regarding product quality may result in legal action, and all related costs shall be borne by the customer.
Return Conditions
- Products ordered incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for return.
- The order number must match the invoice.
- Returns due to changes in prescription are not accepted.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with labels, barcode and invoice.
- Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return.

- Visit www.onconorm.com or call 8527161767 to register your return request.
- Our customer support team will verify your request within 72 business hours.
- Once approved, product pickup will be arranged.
- Please pack the product securely in its original manufacturer's packaging.
Refund Process
If your claim is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Orders paid through an online wallet will be refunded to the same wallet.
- Refunds are generally completed within 30 days from the pickup date.
